35’ x 40’ Hexagon (6-sided) Tent:
This beautiful, six-sided white tent is not only elegant but unique in Utah. A perfect event tent
by itself or a striking centerpiece to a larger event when attaching 20’x20’ tents out from the
center as spokes on a wheel,. Hex tent has no center pole so it’s perfect for weddings, large
dinners, meetings, company picnics, etc.

20’ x 20’ Frame Tents:
These beautiful frame tents with the gracefully arched sides and high peak center look great
in any setting. These tents have no center pole so there is lots of uninterrupted space inside.
Combine them in any configuration.

20’ Triangle Frame Tents:
Just like the 20' x 20' Frame tent (no center pole), but only three sided, the triangle tent can be used alone for a unique tent, or in combination with the Hexagon or the 20' x 20' Frame Tent to give you unlimited possibilities for larger tent layouts.

Large Tent Accessories:
Tent Walls: Your choice of either solid white vinyl or crystal clear vinyl plastic.

Water Barrel:
white or blue 55 gallon plastic water barrels used for holding tents in place on asphalt, concrete, etc. You must have a hose nearby to allow us to fill the barrels with water and your approval to dump the water out of the barrels when event is over. Warning

Water Barrel Covers:
Barrels tend to get scuffed and dirty over time. Barrels also come in white or bright blue colors, which sometimes don’t match your formal event’s theme. These bright, white shiny vinyl covers completely surround the barrel on the top and sides. A must for weddings and
other formal events.

Disposable Trash Receptacles, Black or White:
This handy cardboard trash container is great for large or small parties. The small opening in the top can be used for recycling aluminum cans, or pop out the larger pre-cut opening on top to make it a regular trash receptacle. Includes a heavy-duty, plastic trash can liner. Comes in
black or white.

Tent Lighting:
Up-lighting attaches to the center pole of the tent; the halogen light bulb reflects off the bright white interior of the tent canopy. Decorative light string consists of 4 white plastic globes, topped with a bronze style cap,
which can extend up to 30', and is equipped with a connector to add up to five additional light strings.

Blower Misting Fan:
Cool off your tent or outdoor area with a misting fan. 50 gallon water tank eliminates the need to attach a water hose. Requires water and electricity.

Evaporative Air Conditioner:
This portable air conditioner can be rolled into a corner of the tent, or just outside of the tent, with the vent inside. Attach a hose and extension cord and begin cooling immediately.

Misting Station:
Cool off by walking through a mist filled archway. A great crowd pleaser at carnivals or company parties. Requires water and electricity.

Propane Patio Heater:
An attractive, all black space heater takes the chill off those fall evenings. This space heater will heat approximately 100 square feet. Just gather round to warm up. Not intended as a tent heater. Rental includes filled, 5 gallon propane tank.

Staging:
4' x 4' Staging Squares can be combined to form any size staging in 4' increments. ¼ Rounded Stage can be added to soften the stage, and give a rounded edge to the corners. All are adjustable in height up to 36". Delivery is required, installation included in rental price.

Stage Skirting:
Black stage skirting helps create a more formal appearance for your rental stage, and effectively hides the legs and other items beneath the stage. Available in two lengths to fit various stage heights.

Stairs:
For taller staging, rent the adjustable stairs w/ railings to facilitate easy access on and off the stage. Stairs are adjustable from 16" to 32" in height.
